- ½ cup Bayara dry masoor dal (red lentils)
- ¼ cup water
- ⅓ cup tomato sauce or canned tomatoes
- 1 Tbls olive oil
- ¼ cup nutritional yeast
- 1 Tsp Bayara onion powder
- 1-2 Tbls dried Italian spices (Bayara oregano, basil, rosemary, and thyme)
- ½ Tsp Bayara black pepper

Method
- Grind the Bayara dry lentils into flour. Alternatively, use Bayara lentil chickpea or bean flour; it works just as well for these protein crackers.
- Mix all ingredients with spices including the Bayara lentil flour in a bowl and then spread the mixture on parchment paper.
- Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 15 minutes, then flip, and bake for 10 more minutes until the crackers are dry and crisp.
- Cut into the shape of your choice and serve.
