  • 1 ¼ cups unsweetened non-dairy milk (almond or coconut)
  • ¼ cup Bayara chia seeds
  • 3 Tbls raw cacao powder (or baking cocoa)
  • Dash of Bayara sea salt
  • 1 Tbls organic maple syrup or raw honey
  • Dark chocolate shavings, for garnish

Method

  1. Add the ingredients to a large glass jar with a lid, give it a quick stir, then put the lid on, and shake well.
  2. Refrigerate until very thick and pudding-like for at least 4 hours or overnight, shaking or stirring occasionally.
  3. Serve the pudding chilled with your preferred toppings.
