Ingredients
- 500g (3 cups) Egyptian rice
- 500g liver, cut into very small cubes
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced & divided
- 2 Tsp honey
- 500ml boiling water
- 1 bouillon cube
- 2 Bayara cardamoms
- 2 Bayara bay leaves
- 2 cubeb pepper pods
- ½ Tsp Bayara cinnamon
- ¼ Tsp Bayara spices
- ¼ cup Bayara raisins
- ¼ cup peeled Bayara almonds
- Bayara salt, to taste
- Bayara black pepper, to taste
- 1 Tbls ghee
- ½ Tsp Bayara black pepper

Method
- In a preheated frying pan, add 1 tablespoon of ghee with a little oil, then roast the Bayara nuts, and set aside in a bowl.
- In the same pan, sauté the onion until brown, then add the Bayara spices, and mix well.
- In a saucepan, add some oil and then Bayara rice, fry until it turns light golden.
- Add a clove of minced garlic, fried onions, and a bouillon cube, then add the rest of the Bayara spices, boiling water, and honey, and leave on a low heat until cooked.
- In the used pan, add some oil, liver, garlic, and Bayara spices and leave until cooked.
- In a serving plate, place a layer of rice, liver, and Bayara nuts and serve.
