- 1 Tbls olive oil
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ¾ cup brown basmati rice
- 1 (400 ml) jar of tikka masala sauce
- 2 cups chopped red bell pepper
- ¼ Tsp Bayara salt
- ¼ Tsp Bayara pepper
- 1 Tsp Bayara cumin whole
- ½ Tsp Bayara cinnamon powder
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 4 cups baby spinach
- 450 g large frozen shrimp, thawed and peeled
- ½ Tsp Bayara black pepper

- In a large skillet over medium heat, heat the oil, then add Bayara cumin seeds, and fry it with the onion and garlic.
- Cook for 4 minutes until soft and then stir in the basmati rice, tikka masala sauce, and Bayara cinnamon, bell pepper, salt, pepper, and water.
- Bring to a boil and then reduce the heat to medium-low.
- Cover the pan and simmer until the basmati rice is almost cooked for about 15 minutes.
- Stir in the peas, spinach, and shrimp, then cover the pot, cook for 5-6 minutes until the shrimp turns pink and basmati rice is cooked, and serve.
