Ingredients

  • 1 cup finely shredded white shellfish
  • 1 cup small calamari
  • Small shrimp
  • Oil
  • Minced garlic
  • ½ cup chopped celery
  • Bayara salt and black pepper
  • 1 cube vegetable broth
  • ½ cup chopped coriander
  • ½ cup chopped dill
  • 1 cup Bayara basmati rice, boiled
  • 1 cup carrots, diced
  • Lemon and tomato slices
  • ½ cup chopped fresh parsley
  • ½ Tsp Bayara cumin
  • Bayara salt and black pepper
  • 1 Tsp Bayara paprika
  • 1 cup cream
  • 2 lemons’ juice
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 Tsp Bayara saffron
Method

Method

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, fry the fish, shrimp, and chopped calamari, and vegetable broth cube, and stir.
  2. In a bowl, add the seafood, dill, coriander, rice, carrots, peas, salt, and pepper and stir.
  3. Stuff the calamari with the filling and closed it with a wooden toothpick on both sides.
  4. Place the calamari in a tray, add some water, lemon slices, tomatoes, and spices.
  5. Place the tray in the oven at 180°C for 25 minutes, top with saffron sauce, and serve.
  6. In a saucepan over medium heat, add some oil and fry the garlic with Bayara saffron.
  7. Add the milk, cream, and Bayara spices and let the mixture boil for couple of minutes and then add the lemon juice and parsley.
